- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Obviously disgruntled employees, no sense of customer service, manager wanted to explain that a complaint can be opened up but that no one was available and if she helped us she wouldn't get anything done. In the time she spent complaining to us she could have helped us and got back to whatever it is she was doing. Just a piss poor attitude towards her customers and her employer. How do people with no inner personal skills become managers??? The sad part is that it's not every BofA some actually subscribe to the customer service approach but not the BofA on Scott & Central so don't waste your time, go somewhere else it will be much quicker and to the president of the branch...shame on you for not staffing your branch appropriately during the holiday season..By Fire Tech, April 04, 2017
