- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place sucks. Never any good response. Stupid to have a half hour window to make appointments. Either the phones rings and nobody answers or it is like off the hook. So frustrated , it's been 4 weeks just to get an appointment to renew a passport and couldn't get one. Its stupid that the state dept choose this place to be their passsport center. Wish I had a means to talk to somebody responsible there. Truely feel like we are dealing with a customer service of other country. Very bad example.By Rajeevan Reddypogu, August 08, 2017
