- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I bought a shipping label and sent it to Indian embassy to ship my passport back to me. Unfortunately Indian embassy lost the shipping label I sent. I checked with UPS customer service whether they will be able to issue another shipping label since the shipment has not happened. The UPS customer representative informed that I can get a duplicate label from the tracking number from the UPS store from where the label was issued. When I inquired in this store , they advised me to buy a new label rather than issuing a copy. I don't understand why UPS store policies are different from UPS.By Jubith AK, August 15, 2017
